Working hard on all the DM800HDse/DM800HDseV2/DM500HD/DM8000HD since few months as you know.
Hope very soon, but until we have no full solution, we cannot talk about it ;o), but I am very very optimistic.

Hi,
TS any News on the JapharSIM for a DM800ssV2 Clone?
Or is there another solution to use the very big RAM and Memory Storage with any other JapharSIM?
Any images available yet.?

Actually we are still working on the reversing of the drivers, to fix the DM8000HD issue at boot and to use newer versions of the drivers. We had some good steps on the past months, but the job is not finished.

Hi!
And thanks for all nice job!
I have a japhar sim for a dreambox 800hd se (clone), bur the box´s mainboard broke. Now i have a new one. an original 800hd se v2 but it has no simcard slot, can I in anyway use japhar image. understands that there is no match for my new box with japhar sim.

You cannot use as the chip replaced the sim card, you would need to remove the chip and put a smartcard socket, but the chip would not really work if you put on a pcb, etc. etc.. etc..

Hi all,
I'm bringing to life this old post...
I'm about to buy a DM800HDse v2, original. I understand that for installing the Japhar SIm I'll need to take out the chip and add a SIM socket.
Is there any tutorial on how to do this?
Also, without the Japhar SIM, what images can I load? or... What can I do with it?
