No video after installing sat tuner

Hi,
I have a Japhar Supersim installed on my DM800 with OpenPLi 4.0 from Japhar Team with IPTV (1300+ FREE FTA IPTV Channels). Installation went fine (done without sat tuner). I have video on the IPTV channels. When installing the sat tuner , no video on IPTV or satelite channels.
What could be wrong ? Could it be that the tuner must be installed before i do the software installation ?
