No video after installing sat tuner

Hi,
I have a Japhar Supersim installed on my DM800 with OpenPLi 4.0 from Japhar Team with IPTV (1300+ FREE FTA IPTV Channels). Installation went fine (done without sat tuner). I have video on the IPTV channels. When installing the sat tuner , no video on IPTV or satelite channels.
What could be wrong ? Could it be that the tuner must be installed before i do the software installation ?

The Tuner is built-in the image, if you talk about the Sat/Module inside the box. So you don't need to install anything. So turn off the box and reboot, if you still have the problem reflash the image as it could be corrupted. If you talk about the Trial/Test Tuner, that is the single tuner with choice between C/S/T, then you need to use the Japhar version of the driver, that you find on the DVB-T Driver section in the forum.
