It returns to no, because it's a "command" to do things. So it was enabled. You have to do it once, it will setup things as you wish then you can copy the picons on the folder. This way was used to optimize the Flash memory, like that you don't need to have two folders on the DM800HDse, for GUI Picons and for Frontpanel/LCD Picons.
