How do I know which OpenPLi and other images, posted in "DM7020HD Images (Original v1)", are OE1.6 and which OE2.0? Most don´t show it in their file name.

The main difference is the Python version, generally old OE1.6 are mipsel, and OE2.x are mips32el.

My question obviously wasn´t clear enough. What I wanted to know is the following. I´m going to reflash my DM7020 HD v1, but the image I´m going to install must be OE1.6, not OE2.0 because I´m using a plugin that can only work in OE1.6 images (has not been updated to OE2.0). How do I know which image to download from the DM7020HD Images (Original v1) to install in the box? Most of the files there haven´t OE1.6 or OE2.0 labels.

We gave you a link to download the image from, where it's clearly indicated OE2.0 or OE1.6, this from the original dreambox repository of images. Try with these.

About the answer, there is no clear indication on the images if there is no indication of OEX.X on them... that's the issue. To find out you should try to install the plugin.

Python version should be the hint for you, but you need first to install the image... to see it. But I would bet that for the DM7020HDvX most images are OE2.0.
