I installed openpli 4.0 on my DM800se and i tried to read some movies with the media player. The movies are on the HDD that i installed in my dream box
With some .mkv it works really great but with all my files x264 the sound doesn't work.
I tried to desable AC3 dowmix but always the same issue.

If someone have any ideas, please tell me what to do.

You talk about... AC3+, right ? As AC3 is one thing, and AC3+/DDP/DD+ is another.

You have to check the Codec used for the Audio, it could be not supported by the drivers/Chipset of the box. We are also working on a new generation of drivers that will improve the support of codecs, so probably once we release them it will fix your issue.

This is generally the issue.

Also with the ServiceApp, try to change player, there is the original player but also the GStreamer and the ExtePlayer3... try them all to see if one will work.
