Its pre-installed on the images for DM Japhar Sim and Ferrari VU+.
For other boxes/sims, you have to install it yourself as explained on the topic about the JAM, so to take Telnet or SSH, connect to your box and send the commands for the installation/box/image you have as explained on the posts. You have to select the one for your configuration, like DE-OpenBlackHole image or OpenPli and OE2.0 or OE1.6. You have all there and the text to send to install it, then reboot.
