Yes, here is the link to the new FAM, that is now JAM 5.x, you have all instructions to install depending of the version, the DE-OpenBlackHole 1.4 is OE1.6, and new images OpenPLi 4.0/5.0/6.0 etc are OE2.0 (but you need the Japhar Sim for the new images).
