Good procedure yes, just never use again the back Push button of the DM800HDseVx Sim2 boxes, as these load the SSL Sim2... that is now useless. So use the frontpanel button to set the box to Flash mode.

2.Turn Box OFF at the back.
3.Exchange the Old SIM for the JapharSIM and then connect Box again for Flashing and Flash new Japhar 800seV2 image via Browser as usual.
