I imported an IPTV list in VlC but the software always Scrolls the channels of the list without stopping. Since I'm a beginner, how can I fix the problem?

You need just to put 1 link into the Network Link in VLC, otherwise as soon as the first link will stop, it will move to next one, like a list of songs/mp3,
