Did you done as explained in the tutorial ? Do exactly as explained. Tutorial : http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=11286#Post11286If you have the old Sim in the box, do you have any error ? The important is to keep the old sim in the box, Flash the ALLSIM SSL then turn off the box and then insert the Japhar Sim. Then it will work. Also check if you have the correct sim for your box, for example that you didn't ordered a DM800HDpvr (Frontpanel Black/White Screen) Sim and your box is a DM800HDse (Frontpanel Color Screen)... Admin P.S.: We verified and you ordered a DM800HDse (v1) sim.
