Hello, Where did you got the sim from ? As we don't package them with the MAC as it is on the photo. Your Tuner is a Trial/Triple Tuner, so the images have only Single Sat Tuner or Single Terrestrial tuner drivers, you need then to update the image with the Trial/Triple Tuner to see it. Depending of the images, the Trial tuner driver could not work, and you will have by hand to modify the satellites.xml file. See infos on topics about that driver. You were not tricked, it's Softcam.ro, they had bought few and resold at price cost. So all ok, but this confirms it's not coming from us directly. The eshop (exactly at same price of the Team) is here http://www.japhar.com/japhar/Admin

Today I tested many img. for DM800HDse V2 , I came to the conclusion next :
With sim 2.2 I checked :
- Newnigma2_stable_eB_sim2_dm800sev2_v4.0.13.nfi ..... Triple tuner works OK
- Dream-Elite-4.1-dm800sev2-Jasper ..... Triple tuner works OK
- Merlin-3_OE-2.0-dm800seV2-Jasper ..... Triple tuner works OK
- Openpli-6.0-dm800sev2-sim2.2 ..... Triple tuner does NOT work
- OpenATV-iptv-dm800sev2 ..... Triple tuner does NOT work
- Opendroid-5.5-dm800sev2-Jasper ..... Triple tuner does NOT work
So it happens with sim Japhar , OpenPLI , OpenDroid , OpenATV does NOT work with triple tuner
You can change the img DreamElite , Newnigma2 , Merlin-3 work with sim Japhar ?

A short cut for you, on Japhar OpenPLi images, you can simply do as below, and you will gain the Triple/Trial Tuner compatibility directly from the Input/Services Setup (Satellite setup). So you can do it immediately and not wait for new patched images ;o). This works with all images, and no need of installing new drivers (that could corrupt the image). Admin It causes lockups and freezes because Enigma2 is trying to
get signal on all ports at the same time.
Also qam256 transponders do not work.
It's best to remove the plugin and configure the tuner
in advanced mode.
Then just use lnb 0 for cable , lnb 1 for dvbt, and
lnb 2 and rest for all satellites.
For example for cable, set an unused satellite to lnb 0
and set "universal lnb" to manual and fill in 00000 for
all 3 values (lof etc).
Disable diseqc and tone mode, then save.
Then choose manual scan and select transponder for scan type.
Inversion on = cable , off = dvbt (or vice versa I forgot :p)
Just scan all cable frequencies one by one by putting a 1
in front of the frequency.
For example 344MHz should be 1334.
Transponder type should be dvbs not dvbs2.

I know this method , but I don't use it .
I want to use the driver for dvb C and dvb T , I will try to modify the driver .
Can I do this ???
