The Japhar Sim runs on :

- DM600pvr
- DM800HDpvr
- DM800HDse V1
- DM800HDse V2
- DM500HD
- DM520HD
- DM8000HD

BUT the software (OS) loaded is box compatible, so if you have a DM800HDseV2 Japhar Sim and you want to use it on a DM800HDpvr, you will need to reflash the sim with the Japhar OS for that box, that you can find on the Japhar Section of this forum under the OS/Drivers section.

To do such reflashing, we use the GCR2 programmer that is available at http://www.japhar.com/japhar/

I have reciver dreambox800se v2 and sim card japhar many many many many many many---- times I installed software openpli 6.0 works not correct without internet by lan and wifi,,,this is me opinion

Which Wifi are you using, PID:VID, it's well known that ALL the OpenPLi 6.0 are not working with RT3070/RT5370 dongles. It's a bug that OpenPLi is trying to fix. All other dongles, included the newest from Realtek/MediaTek RT7777, are perfectly working.

Then try our OpenPLi 4.0+, or 5.0+.

The LAN is working perfectly as well.

the command opkg update receives errors from the repository, only the openpli 4.0 software works properly

All the Japhar OpenPLi have feeds available. If you get a 3rd-Party feed error, this is normal as there is no 3rd-Party anymore as OpenPLi doesn't support these boxes.

Yes, you can "upgrade" your box to the Japhar Sim v6, just removing the chip and putting a simcard support and the Japhar Sim.

Hi all !

I'll be back after about 3 years , all this time I failed to use Japhar sim .
I always get No ca found, or invalid image , because of this I gave up .I currently have another DM 800se ( clone ) receiver , is the rev.D11 sim 2.10
can someone explain to me what is the step by step procedure to put Japhar sim on this receiver ?

P.S. I mention that it is DM800se sim2.10 (possibly V1), not sim 2.2 (V2)
