I have no com port to detect on my dreambox 800 simcard a8p even with the driver to install, how to recover a com port not detect, already try several cable service mode. windows 10 thanks

If your "Service Port" on the back doesn't work, it's a hardware problem, perhaps it's broken... you should send for repair or have it repaired.

Remember that tools such JapharFlasher/DreamUp/FerrariFiller etc need to use for better use the RJ45/Ethernet cable from the box to the Router/Modem and a USB Cable from the PC to the back of the box SERVICE PORT.

To reflash your box, you can just use the Web Interface to do it.

If the box is right now in NO CA ERROR, just replace the sim by the one of the image you flashed by error into the box, and your box will be alive again.

The Service Port is the less needed part on such box, as there is many other ways to flash it, and if it goes in fault it's easy to fix without it.
