How to flash zImage-rescue partition to DM900UHD/DM920UHD

1. Copy this .bin to /tmp
2. Open telnet and login (via the IP address)
(if you have no IP, then you must use the other way via Putty Serial)
3. flash-rescue /tmp/*.bin
4. Wait 3-5 minutes. Wait for DONE info!
5. Power OFF to 10 sec and power ON.
6. Done. You have new rescue loader.

flash-rescue
+ rescue bin name (like zImage-rescue-3.14-r0-dm9xx-20170113.bin)

Few methods to switch to Rescue mode,

1) with finger / Frontpanel Bouton during start-boot

2) putty - to-the-rescue
echo "rescue" >> /proc/stb/fp/boot_mode && reboot

4) Only if your receiver dont go in recovery mode

For rescue DM900 use usb cable and putty (serial port).

Start receiver and push ctrl+C to enter in cfe mode. Use usb stick for rescue file downloaded from internet.
ifconfig eth0 -auto
show devices
dir usbdisk0
boot usbdisk0:zImage-rescue-xxxxx

FYI...
The first instruction to do the flash-rescue only fully executing when I, after the login first do the cd /tmp, and then the wget, and when download has finished, the flash-rescue /tmp/*.bin execute

Without the cd /tmp, it can not be preformed.
Not that it had helped me, after it I still has the Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8 issue into the browser.

You need to reboot the box, and then it should have fixed the boot, and try a newer version of the bootloader/rescue partition.

Thanks for the support, but meanwhile I have succeeded to destroy my sim card chip, and you don't wanna know how I did it, no really, you won't.

Whaoo... that's not good. Hopefully you have the Japhar that can replace the chip adding a socket.
