Good evening after installing dm800sev2-PurE2-6.2 my sunray has lost its BIOS (BIOS NO CA FOUND) in booting and the back button recovery does not work. How to repair thank you.

You need to restore your box with the JapharFlasher. Remember to flash only images for your sim in your box. So as I can guess, you have a Japhar Sim, so use only Japhar images.

Remember as well that you can update online only the Japhar Team images, and not the ones patched from other Teams that will naturally suit only for the sim these images were built for.

Hello impossible to flash the box with JapharFlasher no IP connection with the box and the back button of the box and no connection with the com1. What to do in this case to return with the original sim card? Why the backside that allows to recover an IP address does not work with the Japhar sim on the sunray DM800hdse.? Thank you

The back button flashes the RAM of the box with the built-in SSL, that was for the sim in the box sold by the factory.

In your case you need to flash the SSL of the Sim in the box (Japhar at what I can understand), but using the JapharFlasher v1.1 tool (v1.0 doesn't do v2 boxes FYI).

The button on the back is NOT usable as Japhar never worked with any Clone Factory, and will only work for the old sim installed by factory.

I managed to recover the box by changing the japhar card and placed the original which allowed me to have a new IP address by the back button.

As wrote, it's normal as the built-in SSL is linked to the sim that was installed at manufacturing.

To restore a box with a Japhar Sim, you need to use JapharFlasher, the back button will never work (and in fact it doesn't exist on the original boxes, as it's only for the clone and sim installed during manufacturing).
