As wrote, it's normal as the built-in SSL is linked to the sim that was installed at manufacturing. To restore a box with a Japhar Sim, you need to use JapharFlasher, the back button will never work (and in fact it doesn't exist on the original boxes, as it's only for the clone and sim installed during manufacturing). Admin I managed to recover the box by changing the japhar card and placed the original which allowed me to have a new IP address by the back button.
