Hi
The Dreambox 800se device flashing the errors
too much data (or bad sectors) in partition 3 (end: 04000000, pos: 04000000)

It looks like for me a bad Flash, perhaps you can get more informations from Johnny ( http://www.jb8a8f8.com), and even perhaps the Flash chip so you can get some technical person in your country to replace it. Try to Reset the Bios of the box first, but I don't have much hope on this. Looks like a Bad Flash Chip or it doesn't get the proper power to it (try a confirmed working PSU with another DM box or VU). Admin

Yes, indeed, the nand flash chip needs to be replaced for a new one.
There are some other things you can try if you have the cypress I2c/Jtag interface as making a jtag connection to the nand flash chip with the bbs software and etc to erase the nand chip several times, but it ends often by replacing it.
