My Box DM900UHD 4K, is not cloned.

DM900UHD : OpenPLi 7.1Star IPTV GStreamer 1.17.0.1 (Original).
As per the description of the functionalities of this image, it is in fact what I need.

But I have to change the box by placing the chip?

I understanding that this image can not be installed without this original chip. Right?

No, the image we gave you yesterday is for Original box, so just install it (you don't need the Japhar Sim on it).

I followed the image installation procedures. I prepared the Box.

With the IP of the Box inserted in the Browser, I installed the image "openpli-enigma2-7star-dm900_Original_v6_GStreamer_1.17.0.1.rootfs.tar" in the DM900UHD 4K.

I rebooted. The Box did not start any more.
Only DREAMBOX appears on the Box display.

Only the OPENPLI image appears on the monitor (TV).
The Box Command is inactive.

Now, I no longer have access to the Box with the Browser.
Access to the Box only with the DCC.

Help me reinstall the image, please.

Try to ping the box with the IP of the box you know.

Reboot the router/modem,

And try to restore the firmware to the box via the WebIf (it loads a factory image), also be sure you have a recent bootloader in the box.

At what I remember the combo tuner delivered is not 4 ports (Tuners), but has 3 positions only (A+B+C, C can be Terrestrial or Cable, on the back you have only 3 inputs).
