Yes, I think this is possible, you just need to use the normal tuner and install the right oscam that supports the CAS you need, For the Sim (Image) you can check with this link and you can also upgrade your box to Japhar to use Japhar images with a standard tuner (and proper software CAS/CAM etc). So open the box and check the sim, then get the image for it and install the plugins/CAM you need, lightest images are OpenPLi and OpenVision for your box, as well as very recent images. http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2675#Post2675Admin
