Hello Guys, I have been a member for a while. I have this Dreambox 800 HD+ PVR. The support dried up for this Dreambox 800 hd+,I am pretty sure its a clone, with a tuner from wizard in it. My question is, is there another tuner i can buy to put in it, to make it work with power vu? If so what do you recommend? Thanks for any help.

Yes, I think this is possible, you just need to use the normal tuner and install the right oscam that supports the CAS you need,

For the Sim (Image) you can check with this link and you can also upgrade your box to Japhar to use Japhar images with a standard tuner (and proper software CAS/CAM etc).

So open the box and check the sim, then get the image for it and install the plugins/CAM you need, lightest images are OpenPLi and OpenVision for your box, as well as very recent images.

ok thank you, the sim card is all white and Says "dm800 14224 sim210". The tuner that is in it Says ALPS BSBE2-0801A 078004G, Is there a place i can buy another tuner from? I have searched all over and says out of stock. Thank you for your time.

For me the Tuner looks like the one on all these boxes, so you don't need to replace it, just need to flash an image compatible with your box, that is Sim2.
