Hello everybody.

I'm a little confused with all this images and technical details in so many sites so please If can somebody help me. I was given a DM800HD pvr as it is written infront of the box.

The web interface says

in sim says DM800 12500 SIM210

Is there a right image for me? Should I buy a new sim? Its a clone as I understand and an old one so does iptv with a new image will work for me?

Your box is a clone with a Sim2 2.10, so you can only load to this box the Sim2 software for DM800HDpvr, you have all sims ever used for DM800HDpvr boxes (photos) here : http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2675#Post2675

Sim2 Team stopped 3-4 years ago, so if you want new images probably the best for you is to upgrade the internal sim card (like you would do for a mobile phone), to a sim that is still supported (as the Japhar Sim, and this forum is to support Sim Japhar users/members).

If you do so, the Japhar Sim is capable of running Japhar images naturally, but also all Sim2 images and Ferrari images/software, including the OpenPLi 7 with IPTV etc...
