Changing image on Dreambox 800 HD

I need help with changing image on my Dreambox 800 HD. I'm trying to install new image with JapharFlasher 1.1. I connect my computer to Dreambox and get to here
But when I turn on my Dreambox it doesn't connect. It just starts working with old image. Do I have to delete old image before I try to add new one?

You need to do the Flashing of the image into the box via the Webinterface. This needs to be enabled by pressing the frontpanel button when you start the box until you see the IP address of the box on the LCD. Or you can connect the JapharFlasher, with a RS232 cable from PC to box, and a RJ45 from Router/Modem to the box. If you dont see anything happening it means one of both of your cables doesn't communicate properly. You also need first to check the sim in your box, before you load a wrong image... and send it in Error... See topic to find out your sim, and then choose the right image for your box. My sim card is Ferrari. Dreambox is working but I can't add OSCAM that's why I want to change image. I can connect to it via web:
but I can't find option to add new image.

I manged to start flash procedure via web interface but I get this massage:
I tried to flash DM800HD : OpenPLi 6* IPTV June 2018 by Japhar imange
