Yes it's probably COM10 that you need to use,
If you have no output, it means the box is DEAD, as any box if it has a minimum of life would give an output via the COM/Service port.
Try again, as I beleive you probably do something wrong.

P.S.: See our example with our DreamOne on COM7 Unfortunately, I don't have a login that only recognizes Windows port and after the light blue light turns on the red light of the POWER key starts.
