The sim card has 6 pins, instead of 8 that is the old technology (2 were never used, so it's since day 1 in fact 6 pins). The Japhar sim is 6 pins as the latest generation in smartcards. In the box there is the sim support or you can replace it. It really depends of the hardware you have (Original or Clone). Can you give me your order and VIP number as I dont find you. Admin
