DM800HD Cannot Boot-Up

Hi Everyone, recently my cloned DM800HD could not boot-up, the red light near the front button will blink and after a while, it will stop blinking. It is not network connected and there is no Ip address. It could not be connected with a null cable to Pc also. Few month ago, the Led screen will turn-off totally after a few hours of turn-on in standby mode. Could anyone tell me what is wrong with it please ? Thanks
