Hello. First of, sorry if this is not the right spot to post a topic. I'm newbie. If yall can tell me where to post/move this topic to the right spot I will be thankful.

So, my DreamBox is not loading (boot). When I turn it on and enter by ftp it says that I don't have a valid operating system.

Does anyone know how to fix it? I already tried to flash with a new version but it's not working. Is there any program that I need to update the boot or something?

The screenshots looks like to be from the ALLSIM SSL or JapharFlasher.

You have a DM800HDse v1 box, and next thing to do would be to open the box and check the sim card in the box.

Can you let us know which sim is in the box ?

Generally the best to do is just to flash the SSL84J or ALLSIM SSL (Using the Browser or JapharFlasher). This done, then you reboot the box and put it as you are on the screenshot into flash mode.
