Hello, We found that you bought a DM800HDse v1 sim (v4-v5). You can proceed in flashing any image that is v3-v5 from DM800HDse V1 section. If you are in NO CA ERROR, it would mean you flashed an image that is not for Japhar (Original, or from another Clone). All images Ferrari and Japhar are working. If you want to use a v6 image you should need to upgrade the OS to v6 reflashing the sim (you can do it easily with the JAM, see the topic about).
