Which Sim do you have in the box, this is the first point we need to know.

Please open box and check with the sims below, which one you have. Then knowing it we will be able to tell you what to do next.

You wrote which sim you have in the box on another topic, to recover the box you will need to use the software below,

You will need as explained on the document below, the RJ45 cable from the box to the Router/Modem, and USB Cable to the Service Port of the Box. You will then have to find the SSL for your sim and flash it to the box with the JapharFlasher above or flash an image that is compatible with your sim. This forum doesn't support your sim as it's from another Team, we can help you more if you get the Japhar Sim and all software is available for the Japhar on this forum.
