Yes, at the worst as your Japhar sim could be a v3-v5 sim (if not upgraded to v6), you will just have to process the upgrade of the OS (reflashing the sim inside the box automatically) with the JAM second option.

On your box with the original A4P Sim you can install images on the link below,

If you want to install Japhar images, you will need to repace the sim by the Japhar Sim you find on the link below,

and will be able to install all Japhar, Ferrari and Sim2 images in your box. See link below for the box upgraded to Japhar sim,
