Please inform on updated EPG Import ipk for OpenPLI6* on 7020HD..current one does not download sources….

You need to send always "opgk update" first, then the next opkg commands... or you can use the tutorial and files already published for the OpenPLi image for DM800HDse, etc.

Did this but once I select epgimport from plugin menu and the needed Italy sources tried manual downloading with the yellow button 0 found...

DM7020HD wasn't supported, so no feeds for 6*.

Use the package files,

I have NO PROBLEM downlading the file below... http://openpli6star.japhar.com/feeds/openpli-6*/mips32el/Packages.gz

Check if your box is connected to internet... or has proper DNS setup as well...

This is the error I get using Putty after placing package under tmp...can install only directly from dreambox?

You have to put/FTP all the files from that rar/zip file on the /tmp folder, and then launch command/script to install from there...

For some reason it does not allow me to lauch/install packages from putty after placing them under tmp...only directly from dreambox installing fine...but still 0 sources found after selecting italy through epgimport plugin...what am I doing wrong?
Do you have an openpli6* 7020HD image already with the update epgimport?

Try this one, it's Japhar, but you need to replace the SSL and the driver bcmxxxx.ko file,
