Use putty to log the service port, this is the obliged next step to understand the situation. If you have absolutely no output from the Service Port... then it would mean the CPU/Chipset is dead, or you wrongly configured the Service Port - USB cable to PC. So be sure you use the Serial on Putty, and it's properly using the correct COM Port for your box/cable. Admin HiI did as indicated and the box does not respond
 
 Do you have any method of uploading the image other than through the internet port?
