Hi,
I think my DM8000HD is dead, ERROR on the display.
After V6 upgrade

It is not dead, but it means the sim is not properly programmed. You didn't allowed the process of flashing the Sim completely... we told you to let it do the job and let it reboot... which most probably you didn't. With JapharFlasher, install the image provided first, then the ALLSIM) and reprogram again the Japhar sim via the JAM as explained... and let it do all the process. Admin Hi,

The DM was in the Genuine mode after the upgrade to V6 but I got still black screen.
I'm at the end now..

The upgrade to Japhar needs to be done in the way explained on the Tutorial. Tutorial : http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=11286You will then naturally have to use only v6 or v3-v5 images, Japhar, that you will find on the link below, Images : http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=52&page=1ERROR message means the sim is not properly inserted on the socket and/or is not properly programmed, so if you done the v6 OS Upgrade, it would mean you didn't waited the full process, as there is 3 reboots and it take at least 5+ minutes to do the whole job of upgrading. If you stop in the middle the sim will then have no OS and will then be "like dead". To recover from such situation, you can find a PC/SC Windows Compliant smartcard reader to flash it with the software, or you can try to flash an old image with then the ALLSIM, to use the JAM upgrade function to v6 for DM8000HD Japhar Sim. If none of the above solution work, and you don't have a PC/SC smartcard reader, then if you still have the old sim or another Dreambox sim (Clone or Original), insert it instead of the Japhar Sim in the box, and then use the XFrontpanel update to flash the Japhar Sim, using the frontpanel smartcard reader of the DM8000HD. I believe that there is some where a hardware problem.
I can only have connection via the JAPHAR Flasher
I tried several openpli images and all sim flash but still the ERROR on the display
