VU plus SOLO ORIGINAL booting problem

My VU+ Solo original box only showing RED led standby mode. Can't upload files or anything. As per admin's advice I have changed some capacitors in PSU. Anyone have idea please share here. Thanks in advance.

I think, see if you still receive some data from the serial rs232 port.
In some cases it may tell something why it refuse to startup.

Just use from PC to RS232 port on the back of the box, Putty terminal software in serial mode https://www.putty.org/Emo

A: Not sure what you ask, but as far as I could remember there was no rs232 tool for the original, or at least not a usable one.
Normally it was often done with jtag.
