Hi
I insert the Japhar SIM card and when I start my DM then I have this error
R01: No CA Found
Why is this??
If I press reset button and then put on I get the same error
Can someone help me please

Insert back the old sim (estar), and flash/boot the box as explained on the Tutorial below, You need to do it as explained, and all will work smoothly. http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=5141#Post5141TS

Wich image I need, DM800HDseV2 or DM800HDse ??
But can I use my Japhar Sim or not?

I checked, and you bought a Sim Japhar for DM800HDse (V1). So you need to use DM800HDse v1 images. Images for your box : http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=postlist&Board=48&page=1v2 hardware is different, it has big Flash and RAM, compared with the v1 that you use. So images are not swappable. If you have v1, you need to use v1 images. Admin Wich image I need, DM800HDseV2 or DM800HDse ??
But can I use my Japhar Sim or not?

I have resolved the probleem with the link of Toysoft but I have now others problems 1.- How Can I start with system because I want to update via PC 192.168.1.xxxx 2.- Why Can I not connect with internet (not Wlan not Ethernet) (see text image) 3.- Can I install OpenATV on my DM?? and which one?? 4.- How can I change date and the time clock?? thanks for your patience and help

You need to press the frontpanel button before you turn on the box and wait until you see the IP address on the color LCD. You have a little tutorial at the end on how to flash an image, of this PDF link. http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=15214Admin

I inadvertently clicked on the wrong xxxx'nfi and now I get r01:No CA found again.
I have tried to do the above steps from the browser but I always get the same error.
Can you help me or I have loaded the device or the sim?
