Have never done an upgrade .Will I need to unistall openpli 7.3 and re-install latest openpli.or should I just go over 7.3?

I seem to have lost the Japhar plugin extention that comes with openpli 8.o
now getting this message in the plugins.
usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extentions/addonjaphar/_init_.pyo
how can I re-enter it back to get the plugin .Any help will be great.
