500 OOPS.prive.sock.get.result

Hello
I am using dreambox 920 together with total commander
When I try login to commander Iget the message
500 OOPS. prive.sock.get.result.
I can't connect with the coomander anymore
Anyone know to slove this problem

I try it with WinSCP
but he asked all the time for password
i use usersname root and password dreambox
I have tryd already new image dreambox amd reinstall windows
With no luck
When I use WinSCP I get the message Connection refused OOPS: priv_sock_get_result
It is very difficult problem
Can someone help please.
