Hi to all, I have to reach the dreambox remotely and at the same time keep the vpn connection. Openvpn on DD-WRT works regularly, but when I set port forwarding nothing changes, and cannot reach the dm gui from web.
Dyndns account is up to date and I reach the router with this address, but when add the port number it stops.

Which IP address is allocated to your computer while you try to do this connection ? As the DM could be firewalled and allow only a specific range of IP to connect.

Did you tried the other services, such as FTP, Telnet, SSH etc ? Does these work ?

Hi, no restrictions for ip. Maybe there's a bit of confusion, I can access regularly locally with any protocol. my problem is to access the webgui of the dm from another remote network using the dynamic dns. With that no-ip.hostname I reach the router, but how can I reach the dreambox?

You need to use NAT, so any external port you would assign to this, to be directed to the port 80 of the webif (and 8080 if you want also streaming the video/audio, and in that case I think you have no choice than opening the external port 8080 of your Public IP).

The Firewall also must allow this traffic, some routers if you set the NAT also have the firewall automatically enabled, but the professional ones need to have it also setup.
