You can no problem insert such type of "service" into your box with the OpenPLi 7.x and 8.0 images. Generally they gave you a command line, but if you get a m3u list, just use the EnigmaTV IPTV Generator to insert the list into your box (that converts it to Dreambox Channel List format).
