Problem with DM920 UHD

Hi, I am a newbie here and I have a problem with my DM920. I wanted to flash a new software and suddenly I got a green screen an every thing stopped. I tried to enter rescue mode but it was not possible.
I tried to connect with Putty ans I get this message:
