The line they gave you should load the file iptv.sh into the /etc/enigma2 folder, and then "run" it to download the channel list.

You should check with your operator, as openpli images work perfectly with these things... does your line is still active or the operator cancelled it ? As it looks like the iptv.sh file is not present.
