First of all, try to remove everything (HDD/CD-DVD Drive/Extra Tuners/Cards) to see if this goes OK without.

Flash the image but first do a bad sector recovery, see topic below, while you flash the image.

Try to flash the image below :

Flash first the SSL84J, then reboot and flash the image above
