If it shows an IP address, as I can see on the last LCD screen, at boot... its like if the button was pressed (UP/DOWN) or the boot data (like an autoexec.bat) was corrupted.
This STOP is requesting to flash an image (it shows the SSL software to upload the image) if you enter the IP address on your browser.
Try again the bad sector recovery flashing the image and to reset the BIOS.
