Try few older images, now you can flash without Boot Reset and Bad Sector recovery, and let us know what happens. The above screenshot is only the bad sector recovery, not the BIOS Reset ( http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=5234#Post5234, if the box was having a multiboot the BIOS configuration was modified and it's important to reset it).
