Hi,
I have tried both the bad sector recovery and the reset BIOS, again.
It still won't boot.

Try few older images, now you can flash without Boot Reset and Bad Sector recovery, and let us know what happens. The above screenshot is only the bad sector recovery, not the BIOS Reset ( http://www.ourdreambox.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=5234#Post5234, if the box was having a multiboot the BIOS configuration was modified and it's important to reset it). I didn’t see any point uploading a pic of the BIOS reset as there is nothing to take a pic of. That image is the only one that I can’t get to boot I also did a Flash Dump manually norÜþ ƒlcd: /boot/zImage.elf
- failed to open /boot/autoexec.bat
lcd: *** STOP ***
80 95 (normal)
no valid boot source found. press any key to enter setup.
All other images install and boot.
