You have to take a factory image, and it must be named dreambox-image-dm900.tar.xz, and on a FAT32 Memory Stick, that is not too big... from 1 to 2 Gb I think.

I used the dreambox DM8000HD Memory stick on a DM900UHD, it restored the factory imaage.
