You need to install from the image feeds, as these are compiled with the image,

so...
opkg update
and then install everything you need with the command below,
opkg install ffmpeg exteplayer3 enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-serviceapp

You need to send these 2 commands from telnet/ssh command prompt when you are connected to your box.

Thank you for the answer but the plugin (image) feeds site for OpenAtv is down (http://www.websitedown.info/feeds2.mynonpublic.com) so it is not possible to execute now and who knows if it will be renewed at all? So other way how to install it does not exist according to your answer.

Strange... OpenATV is fully working, ... which image are you using ? I just have a 403, but the server replies, so it looks like to me it's not down at all.

I use OpenAtv 7.3 image, revision 33052+276055f. downloading from the feeds site feeds2.mynonpublic.com from Dreambox920 does not work I can not download anything, also the website http://www.websitedown.info/feeds2.mynonpublic.com reports the site is down. Opkg update and other commands do not work from telnet console. When I put download plugins from the receiver menu it pops up Download Infobar, and when it finishes it doesn't load anything.

Download the image again, and Reflash it. Perhaps your installation got corrupted,
