VPN...How to SetUp on openPLi 8.3 and new 9.0.??

Hi Guys, i am still using opePLi images and am now on 8.3.
I want to upgrade to 9.0. I have read the old guides to Set up VPN on openPLi but they are out dated and do not work.
Can someone with more experience make a nice Step by Step guide how to install and use VPN on these images.
Also the plugins mentioned in the old guides, are not on the Feeds to Download.
would be really great. Thank you
