The difficulty is that then you will have an image without streaming/IPTV and most people will find such image useless.

This is the reason why we have a minimum functionnality image, that is suitable for most people in the world (as we support the most important languages), and we included in our images a readme file that let you move files after installation to hdd, to free Flash memory and add what you need.

Adding packages and software for most users is a no-go, so image must have minimum languages and minimum functionalities (this means not only DVB but also IPTV/Streaming).
