It is very strange, as we tested at least the 8.xStar on a DM7020HDv2 and it worked, and the 9 is based on the same receipes.

I would flash the box clean naturally, be sure that it's not in multi-boot, and directly in the flash. I would also before this, flash a NewNigma2 image, as these update the microcde on the chips (tuners, FPGA etc), to be sure your box is up to date to the drivers used on our OpenPLi. Then flash the openpli, and boot it. If you have the same error, then turn off the box and reboot it again to see if something changes at the second boot (driver microcode FPGA updates ?).

The error of the TPM/Chip should not appear, as this could mean a bad SSL... I talk if the box shows as you told, booting but not fully finishing the boot. Also in that case try to login with telnet to the IP of the box, to see if it booted Linux, and it's more a problem of Enigma2.
